As a medical patient the discount is why I shop here. I’ve been in this spot at least a dozen times and at no point has anyone ever attempted to address me by my name. My name is not that complicated however they don’t even bother so... Other than that the service is basically ok. The name situation wouldn’t be that big of a deal but I was being helped one day and the boy who helped me asked another customer who was checking out at the same time what name she prefers to go by. He had helped me at least 3xs before at that point and never bothered to ask me so it was noticeable.
Everything was good and everyone was so nice
Hands down the best. Feels like home.
